Well yesterday was the day I finally gave up my unlimited data plan from AT&T. My feelings are mixed about the change. In one aspect I feel fine because I would only max out twice a year. Another thing is it's saving me some money. On the flip side I think it's the worst customer service ever. Why was I punished for being a long time customer? I used a good amount of data this month so I was throttled after 5gigs. It was so much throttled as turned off. I went for 50 down to .5 down. You can't do anything with that slow of speeds. Loyalty in the customer service world today means, you must deal with it or yell and scream to get your way. Customer service is completely gone in my eyes.
